Core Concepts¶
AI Agents¶
An AI Agent is a specialized software program designed to perform a specific business task autonomously. These agents can understand natural language (text or voice), execute predefined workflows, interact with your existing software tools, and make decisions based on their programming and the data they access.

Token-based system¶
The entire service operates on a token-based consumption model. A token is the basic unit of work for an AI agent. Tokens are consumed for processing text, handling voice interactions, and executing tasks.
Text: Roughly, 1 token is equivalent to 4 characters or 0.75 words.
Voice: Voice interactions are converted to text for processing and are billed at a higher token rate due to transcription and synthesis costs. A typical minute of a voice call may consume between 150-250 tokens.
This model provides transparency and ensures you only pay for the resources you use.

For $500 USD per month, this plan includes 10,000 tokens and provides access to our basic Marketing & Sales agents, standard Operations agents, and limited Software Dev & QA agents. It also covers basic tool integrations, such as with email and Slack.
The Pro Plan is designed for businesses looking to scale their operations. At $1,500 USD per month, it includes a generous allotment of 50,000 tokens. This plan unlocks our advanced Marketing & Sales agents, enhanced Operations agents, and full access to our Software Dev & QA agents. It also includes premium tool integrations with platforms like CRMs and databases.
The Enterprise Plan is a fully customized solution for businesses with unique or large-scale needs. Pricing and token packages are tailored to specific requirements. This plan offers bespoke services such as custom AI agent development, enterprise-grade operational workflows, dedicated support, and white-label options.
Token consumption examples¶
