How credits works

The 4Geeks AI Agents platform operates on a unified credit system. This flexible model allows you to scale your usage dynamically without being locked into rigid “per-agent” limits.

4Geeks Credits are the universal currency within the platform. Rather than paying for individual agents or specific features separately, you purchase a pool of credits.

Note

All AI Agents in your workspace consume from the same central pool of available credits. Whether you have 1 active agent or 50, they all draw from your total monthly balance.

Credits are deducted in real-time based on the complexity and duration of the interaction.

  • Voice Interactions: ~400 Credits per minute.
  • Text Messages: ~40 Credits per message.

There is not a sandbox environment. To test the AI Agents, you must purchase credits to consume.

Note

Voice consumption is calculated based on the duration of the call and the LLM latency.

How phone numbers consume credits

The quantity of phone numbers available for each plan will consume credits if you decide to enable it.

Which plan is right for you?

  • Starter (100k Credits): Ideal for validation, solopreneurs, and low-volume agents launching their first campaign.
  • Growth (400k Credits): Best for growing teams. You get 4x the capacity and 2 additional phone numbers included at no extra cost (saving $15/mo).
  • Scale (1 Million Credits): The best value for high-volume operations.
  • Value: You receive $1000 USD worth of credits for only $900 USD.
  • Savings: This lowers your effective voice cost to roughly $0.36/min (compared to the standard $0.40/min).
  • Capacity: 5 phone numbers.

Top-ups & Overages

If your agents are successful and you run out of credits before the month ends, your service does not stop. You can purchase Credit Top-ups.

  • Top-up Rate: $1.00 USD = 1,000 Credits.
  • Billing: One-time payment (non-recurring).

How Overage Pricing Works

  • Starter & Growth Plans: The Top-up rate matches your plan rate. You continue paying the standard equivalent of ~$0.40 per voice minute.
  • Scale Plan Users: Once you consume your discounted block of 1,000,000 credits, additional Top-ups are charged at the standard rate ($1 for 1k credits). To maintain the discounted rate ( $0.36 /min effective), we recommend upgrading to an Enterprise/Custom contract.
