4Geeks Credits are the universal currency within the platform. You purchase a pool of credits, and all AI agents in your workspace consume from the same central pool. Credits are deducted in real-time based on the complexity and duration of the interaction.

How many credits does each interaction consume?

  • Voice interactions: ~400 credits per minute
  • Text messages: ~40 credits per message

Note: Actual costs may vary depending on reasoning complexity and AI effort. If an agent needs to consult external documentation or a knowledge base, consumption may be higher.

  • Growth (400k credits): Best for growing teams with 4x capacity and 2 additional phone numbers included at no extra cost
  • Scale (1M credits): Best value for high-volume operations at ~$0.36/min effective voice cost (compared to standard $0.40/min)

What happens if I run out of credits?

Your service does not stop. You can purchase Credit Top-ups at $1.00 USD = 1,000 Credits. Top-ups are one-time, non-recurring payments.

How does overage pricing work?

  • Starter & Growth Plans: Top-up rate matches your plan rate (~$0.40 per voice minute equivalent)
  • Scale Plan: Once you consume your discounted block, additional top-ups are at the standard rate ($1 for 1k credits). To maintain the discounted rate, we recommend an Enterprise/Custom contract

Is there a sandbox or free testing environment?

There is no sandbox environment. To test AI Agents, you must purchase credits.

Can I get custom pricing for high volumes?

Yes. If you need more than 1,000,000 credits per month, contact our sales team for custom pricing with unlimited scale, custom SLA, dedicated support, and white-glove onboarding.

How do phone numbers consume credits?

The quantity of phone numbers available for each plan will consume credits if you decide to enable them. Each plan includes a set number of dedicated numbers.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
