Playground¶

The Playground is a secure, private environment within 4Geeks AI Agents designed for experimentation, testing, and debugging. It allows you to interact directly with your text-based agents without any external visibility or impact on your live production data.

Why use the Playground?¶

Safe Testing: Refine your prompts and test agent responses before going live.
Debugging: Identify and resolve edge cases in agent behavior in a controlled setting.
Exploration: Explore the full capabilities of the AI models without affecting your customers’ experience.
Privacy: All interactions in the Playground are strictly private and not visible to end-users.

Token Consumption¶

Always Consumes Credits

Interactions within the Playground are processed by the same high-performance AI models as production interactions. Therefore, Playground interactions always consume credits from your account balance at the standard rate (~40 Credits per message).

There is no “free” sandbox for AI interactions, as each request incurs processing costs from the underlying LLM providers.

How to access¶

You can access the Playground directly from your 4Geeks Console by selecting an active text agent and clicking on the Playground tab.
