General Questions

What is 4Geeks AI Studio?

4Geeks AI Studio is a next-generation software development service that goes beyond traditional hourly billing. We provide an expert human Senior Architect augmented by our proprietary AI Factory – an infrastructure that dynamically orchestrates top-tier LLMs (Claude 4.5, Gemini 3.1 Pro, GPT-5) to write, test, and refactor code up to 5x faster than a standard developer.

What is the 4Geeks AI Factory?

The AI Factory is our proprietary infrastructure designed to turn complex requirements into high-quality code at industrial speeds. It’s not just a tool – it’s a secure, governed, and highly optimized production line for your software. The AI Factory is included in every subscription.

How is AI Studio different from hiring a developer?

Traditional development is limited by human hours. AI Studio is limited only by your vision. Our Senior Architect acts as the pilot and quality filter, reviewing code and ensuring architecture is sound while the AI does the heavy lifting.

What AI models does AI Studio use?

The AI Factory dynamically routes tasks to the best-suited model: - Claude 4.5 and Gemini 3.1 Pro for high-level architecture - GPT-5 for logic - DeepSeek for cost-efficient refactoring

How fast is AI Studio compared to traditional development?

AI Studio can write, test, and refactor code up to 5x faster than a standard developer, thanks to the AI Factory’s multi-model orchestration and automation.

What types of projects can AI Studio handle?

AI Studio can handle a wide range of software development projects including: - Web applications and APIs - Mobile app development - Database design and optimization - Code refactoring and modernization - Bug fixes and feature additions - Infrastructure and DevOps

AI Factory Features

What is multi-model orchestration?

The AI Factory dynamically routes tasks to the best-suited AI model based on the task type, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency for every piece of code.

How does the AI Factory ensure code quality?

Every piece of AI-generated code passes through an automated “Quality Gate” with: - Instant vulnerability scans - AI-driven unit tests - Human developer review before the pull request reaches you

What is smart context injection?

The AI Factory maps your entire codebase and injects project-wide context into every request, ensuring the AI understands your specific architecture and logic.

What is the Private AI Gateway?

The Private AI Gateway is a centralized dashboard where you can monitor exactly how many tokens are being consumed and by which features.

What is hard-limit protection?

You are in total control of the budget. Set monthly caps on token spend. When the limit is reached, the system pauses or alerts you – preventing unexpected costs.

Can I choose which AI model is used for my project?

The AI Factory automatically selects the best model for each task. You don’t need to manage model selection – the system optimizes for quality and cost automatically.

How does the AI Factory handle complex architectures?

The AI Factory uses Claude 4.5 and Gemini 3.1 Pro for high-level architectural decisions, ensuring that the overall system design is sound before generating implementation code.

AI Tasks and Deliverables

What is an “AI Task”?

An AI Task is an atomic, testable unit of work that results in a single deliverable – like one Pull Request, an API endpoint, or a bug fix.

How many AI Tasks can I expect per month?

Depending on your plan, our Senior Architect will use the AI Factory to deliver between 45 to 55 high-quality AI Tasks per month.

Will the AI build my whole app automatically in one day?

No. Speed without safety is a risk. Our Senior Architect acts as the pilot and quality filter, reviewing code and ensuring the architecture is sound while the AI does the heavy lifting.

What kind of deliverables can I expect?

Each AI Task results in a concrete deliverable such as: - A Pull Request with tested code - A new API endpoint - A bug fix with tests - A refactored module - Documentation updates

How are deliverables reviewed?

Every line of code is audited, tested, and approved by a Senior 4Geeks Developer before it reaches your repository.

Can I request changes to a deliverable?

Yes. If something doesn’t meet your needs, provide feedback and we’ll iterate until it does.

Security and Privacy

Is my codebase safe?

Security is non-negotiable. We offer Enterprise-Grade Privacy with Zero Data Retention policies. Your code never leaves our secure perimeter and won’t train public LLMs.

Will my code be used to train AI models?

No. Your proprietary code is protected with Zero Data Retention policies. It will not be used to train public AI models.

How do you prevent AI hallucinations?

Every line of code is audited, tested, and approved by a Senior 4Geeks Developer before it reaches your repository.

Where is my code stored?

Your code is stored in your own repository. We never store your code on our servers beyond what is necessary for the development process.

What security certifications do you have?

We follow industry best practices for security and compliance. Contact our team for specific certification information.

Pricing and Plans

How does pricing work?

AI Studio operates on a subscription-based model. You receive a fixed number of AI Tasks per month at a predictable cost, with no hourly billing surprises.

Can I control my spending?

Yes. Hard-limit protection lets you set monthly caps on token spend. When the limit is reached, the system pauses or alerts you.

Is there a free trial?

Contact our sales team to discuss trial options and find the right plan for your needs.

What happens if I need more AI Tasks than my plan includes?

Contact our team to discuss upgrading your plan or purchasing additional tasks.

Are there long-term contracts?

Contact our sales team to discuss contract options, including annual billing with discounts.

Getting Started

How do I get started with AI Studio?

Go to the 4Geeks Console to activate AI Studio and begin your project.

What information do I need to provide?

We’ll work with you to understand: - Your project requirements and goals - Your existing tech stack and architecture - Your success metrics and timelines - Your budget and token spend limits

How quickly can we start?

Our team works with you to begin as quickly as possible. Contact us through the console to discuss your timeline.

Do I need to provide access to my codebase?

Yes. Our Senior Architect will need access to your repository to understand the existing codebase and deliver code directly to it.

What repositories are supported?

We support all major Git repositories including GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.

Workflow and Process

How does the development process work?

  1. You submit a request or requirement
  2. Our Senior Architect reviews and breaks it into AI Tasks
  3. The AI Factory generates code for each task
  4. Code passes through the Quality Gate (scans, tests, review)
  5. A Pull Request is submitted to your repository
  6. You review and merge

How do I submit a new task?

Submit tasks through the 4Geeks Console. Include as much detail as possible about the requirement, expected outcome, and any relevant context.

Can I communicate with my Senior Architect?

Yes. You can communicate with your assigned Senior Architect through the console to discuss requirements, provide feedback, and review progress.

How often will I receive deliverables?

Deliverables are provided continuously throughout the month as tasks are completed. You can expect a steady stream of Pull Requests.

Troubleshooting

My AI Tasks are taking longer than expected. What should I do?

Contact your Senior Architect to discuss task complexity and adjust expectations or scope.

I’ve reached my token limit. What happens next?

The system will pause or alert you based on your hard-limit configuration. Contact us to discuss increasing your limit or adjusting your plan.

The generated code doesn’t meet my requirements. What can I do?

Every deliverable is reviewed by a Senior Developer before reaching you. If something doesn’t meet your needs, provide feedback and we’ll iterate.

My repository access is not working. What should I check?

  1. Verify the repository URL is correct
