Payslips¶
Every finalized payroll run generates one payslip per employee. The Payslips tab is where you review and distribute them.
The payslips list¶
Go to Payroll → Payslips. Filter by:
- Search by employee name.
- Status: All, Pending, Paid.
- Date range (by run period).
Columns: Employee, Period, Type (fixed/hourly), Gross Pay, Bonuses, Employee Social Charges, Deductions, Net Pay, Status and Actions.
Expand a row to see the hours breakdown (gross hours, regular, overtime, break deduction) and the itemized deductions and bonuses.
Actions¶
- PDF — download the payslip as a PDF.
- Mark Paid — change a pending payslip to Paid.
- Export CSV — download all payslips in the current view.
Payslip contents¶
Each payslip PDF includes:
- Company logo and employee photo.
- Employee block (name, role, department, salary type, rates).
- Gross Pay and Net Pay cards.
- Hours summary (gross hours, unpaid break, net payable hours).
- Earnings: base pay, overtime, bonuses and travel items.
- Reimbursements & Travel Expenses (Viáticos): date, category, description, tax treatment and amount.
- Net Pay summary: gross, taxes, social charges, bonuses, net.
File name: payslip-{first}-{last}-{start}-to-{end}.pdf.
Automatic email delivery¶
When a run reaches Completed, 4Geeks Payroll automatically emails each payslip to the employee’s address (subject: Your Payslip for {period}). Delivery is logged and retried up to three times with backoff. Employees without an email address produce a failed delivery entry.
Payslips are also available in the employee app
Employees can view their payslips in the employee app.
