Getting Started with 4Geeks Talent: Finding Your First Candidate¶

4Geeks Talent is a premium candidate database with unlimited access for hiring. Filter by seniority, skills, culture, languages, timezones, or compensation. No hiring fees. Direct hires. Hundreds of new candidates join the talent pool every week.

- Navigate the candidate database

- Click “Request access” or sign up at console.4geeks.io

Step 2: Navigate the Dashboard¶
Once logged in, you’ll see:

Step 3: Run Your First Search¶
- Click “Search Candidates”
- Start with broad filters to explore the database:

- Seniority: Junior, Mid, Senior, Lead
- Timezone: e.g., UTC-5 to UTC-3 (LATAM overlap with US)
- Click “Search”
Step 4: Apply Advanced Filters¶
Narrow down results with advanced filters:

Step 5: Review Candidate Profiles¶
Click on any candidate to view their full profile:

- Click the bookmark icon on any candidate to save them
- Organize saved candidates into lists:

- Add notes to each candidate for your team
Step 7: Send Your First Outreach Message¶
- From a candidate’s profile, click “Send Message”
- Write a personalized message:

I came across your profile on 4Geeks Talent and was impressed by your experience with [specific skill/project].
We're looking for a [role] at [company] to work on [brief project description]. Based on your background, I think this could be a great fit.
