Get started quickly with pre-built workflow templates. Each template includes configured triggers, actions, and data mappings that you can customize for your needs.

Customer Follow-up¶
Trigger: Scheduled (Daily at 9 AM)
Actions: 1. Google Sheets — Read customer list 2. HubSpot — Check last contact date 3. Gmail — Send follow-up email
Use case: Automatically follow up with customers who haven’t been contacted in 7+ days.
Lead Qualifier¶
Trigger: Webhook (form submission)
Actions: 1. HubSpot — Create contact 2. HubSpot — Create deal 3. Gmail — Send qualification email 4. Microsoft Teams — Notify sales channel
Use case: Process inbound leads from web forms, create CRM records, and notify the sales team.
Daily Report to Teams¶
Trigger: Scheduled (Weekdays at 5 PM)
Actions: 1. Google Sheets — Read daily metrics 2. Microsoft Teams — Send summary to channel
Use case: Share daily business metrics with the team automatically.
Appointment Reminder¶
Trigger: Scheduled (Daily at 8 AM)

Using Templates¶
Apply a Template¶
- Navigate to Workflows
- Find the template you want to use
- Click Use Template
- The workflow is created with all steps pre-configured
Customize a Template¶
After applying a template:
- Connect accounts — Authorize access to your Google, HubSpot, etc.
- Update parameters — Change spreadsheet IDs, email addresses, etc.
- Modify triggers — Adjust schedules or webhook settings
- Add/remove steps — Customize the workflow for your needs
- Test — Run manually to verify everything works
- Activate — Turn on the workflow

Best Practices¶
