Using Templates

Apply a Template

  1. Navigate to Workflows
  2. Find the template you want to use
  3. Click Use Template
  4. The workflow is created with all steps pre-configured

Customize a Template

After applying a template:

  1. Connect accounts — Authorize access to your Google, HubSpot, etc.
  2. Update parameters — Change spreadsheet IDs, email addresses, etc.
  3. Modify triggers — Adjust schedules or webhook settings
  4. Add/remove steps — Customize the workflow for your needs
  5. Test — Run manually to verify everything works
  6. Activate — Turn on the workflow
