The Analytics dashboard includes:

  • Cost Summary — Total payroll costs at a glance
  • Trend Analysis — Period-over-period comparisons
  • Station Comparison — Cost breakdown by location
  • Tax Analysis — Tax withholdings and employer contributions
  • Headcount Metrics — Employee counts and changes

Cost Summary

Total Payroll Cost

The headline metric showing total compensation costs for the selected period:

Gross Pay Total earnings before deductions
Bonuses Total bonus payments
Employee Deductions Total withholdings from employee pay
Tax Withholdings Income tax and statutory deductions
Employer Contributions Employer-paid taxes and benefits
