Changing your password

To maintain the security of your integration and data, we recommend updating your Console access password periodically.

You can change your credentials directly from the dashboard:

Log in to your 4Geeks Console.
Navigate to the Settings menu (usually represented by a generic gear icon).
Select Password.
You will be prompted to enter:
- Current Password: To verify your identity.
- New Password: Enter your desired new password.
- Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to ensure there are no typos.
Click Save changes.

Security Tip

For best protection, use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using common phrases or personal information.

Forgotten Password? If you cannot log in because you have lost your current password, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to initiate a reset email instead.
