How to address customer discrepancies regarding the charged currency?
In rare cases, a customer may report being charged in a different currency than the one you selected.

Why this happens: Some issuing banks have proprietary agreements with cardholders that allow them to overwrite the transaction currency (often seen with specific credit cards).

Your Role: 4Geeks always sends the charge request in the currency you selected (e.g., the product price). We cannot predict or override the issuing bank’s behavior.

Resolution: If a customer questions this, you should direct them to contact their issuing bank for clarification.
