You cannot use 4Geeks Payments if your business falls into categories deemed high-risk by Card Networks and banking partners. If your business involves any of the following, your application will be rejected or your account disabled:

  • Controlled Substances & Health: Prescription drugs, illegal/highly regulated substances (ingestibles, inhalants, injectables), pharmaceuticals without regulatory permits, and medical marijuana.

  • Intellectual Property Violations: Unauthorized brand name replicas, media/software without copyright, and jailbreak/hacking/cracking software or materials.

  • Adult & Gambling: Pornography, prostitution, child abuse materials, adult products/services, casinos, and gambling.

  • Restricted Goods: Weapons, sporting arms, ammunition, pyrotechnics, perishable stores, and sale of animals.

  • High-Risk Services: Telemarketing, migration services, and multi-level marketing (MLM).
