How to respond to a dispute notification?
When 4Geeks notifies you of a dispute via email, you have a strictly limited window to respond.

Time Limit: You must upload evidence within 5 business days from the notification date.

Consequence: If you fail to upload documents within this period, you automatically lose the right to dispute, and the bank will likely rule against you.

Role of 4Geeks: 4Geeks submits your evidence to the bank on your behalf but does not analyze the evidence or decide the verdict.
