How to subscribe a customer to a plan?
There are three ways to subscribe a user to a recurring plan, depending on your workflow and technical needs:
Manual (Share Link):¶
- Navigate to the Sales -> Recurring Plans section in the Console.
- Click on the specific plan to open its details.
- Copy the subscription link found at the top of the page.
- Paste and send this link directly to your client via your preferred communication channel (WhatsApp, email, DM, etc.). The client will fill out their own details.
Console (Invitation Email):¶
- From the Recuring Plans section in the Console, you can trigger an automated invitation.
- Select the plan and choose the option to invite a subscriber.
- Enter the customer’s email address, and 4Geeks will send them an official invitation email containing the secure subscription link.
API (Programmatic Subscription):¶
You can automate subscriptions directly from your own website or app using the Subscripton API.
- Send a POST request to the plan’s unique URL (found in the Console).
- You must include the customer’s name and email in the request body.
This method is ideal for creating custom signup forms on your own landing pages.
