How to subscribe a customer to a plan?

There are three ways to subscribe a user to a recurring plan, depending on your workflow and technical needs:

  1. Navigate to the Sales -> Recurring Plans section in the Console.
  2. Click on the specific plan to open its details.
  3. Copy the subscription link found at the top of the page.
  4. Paste and send this link directly to your client via your preferred communication channel (WhatsApp, email, DM, etc.). The client will fill out their own details.

Console (Invitation Email):

  1. From the Recuring Plans section in the Console, you can trigger an automated invitation.
  2. Select the plan and choose the option to invite a subscriber.
  3. Enter the customer’s email address, and 4Geeks will send them an official invitation email containing the secure subscription link.

API (Programmatic Subscription):

You can automate subscriptions directly from your own website or app using the Subscripton API.

  1. Send a POST request to the plan’s unique URL (found in the Console).
  2. You must include the customer’s name and email in the request body.

This method is ideal for creating custom signup forms on your own landing pages.
