How to track the status of a payment link?
You can monitor the progress of your links directly from the data table on the Payment Links page. The system uses the following status indicators:
- Pending: The link is active, but the customer has not yet completed the payment.
- Paid: The transaction was successfully completed.
You can also use the Status Filter dropdown at the top of the table to view only links of a specific category (e.g., showing all “Pending” payments).
