How to upload evidence to counter a dispute?
To fight a chargeback, you must provide documentation proving the transaction was valid (e.g., receipts, emails, proof of delivery).
- Log in to the 4Geeks Console.
- Navigate to Sales -> Disputes in the main menu.
- Select the open dispute you want to address.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the document upload section.
- Upload all relevant files.
Note
If you choose not to upload evidence, the issuing bank will automatically rule against you.
