To fight a chargeback, you must provide documentation proving the transaction was valid (e.g., receipts, emails, proof of delivery).

  1. Log in to the 4Geeks Console.
  2. Navigate to Sales -> Disputes in the main menu.
  3. Select the open dispute you want to address.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the document upload section.
  5. Upload all relevant files.

If you choose not to upload evidence, the issuing bank will automatically rule against you.
