Can I cancel my subscription at any time?¶
Yes. Cancel from dashboard; access remains until billing cycle end.
Is the platform available in multiple languages?¶
Interface in English. Profiles may include Spanish or English content.
How many candidates can I contact/hire?¶
No limit. Subscription includes unlimited access, contact, and recruitment.
Do I need to sign a contract?¶
No long-term contract. Covered by Terms of Use and monthly billing.
Can I access talent from outside my country?¶
Yes. Supports international hiring with filters for time zone, location, and language.
Does 4Geeks Talent manage payroll for the candidates I hire?¶
No. You hire the candidate directly as your own employee or contractor. You are responsible for their contract and payroll. If you require payroll services, check out 4Geeks Payroll.
How often is the database updated?¶
The database is updated weekly. New candidates are added, and unavailable candidates are removed or flagged.
Can I hire candidates for short-term projects?¶
Yes. You can filter by availability and negotiate directly with the candidate for project-based, part-time, or full-time work.
What if I can’t find the specific role I need?¶
If the database doesn’t currently have your niche role, contact our support team. We can often leverage our wider network to source specific profiles for the database.
