The process focuses on the essential actions required to identify high-potential candidates and initiate conversations, ensuring you can capitalize on the database’s active talent pool without delay.
Prerequisites
- An active 4Geeks Talent account.
Step 1: Define Your Requirement¶
Before searching, clarify the “must-haves” for your role:
- Role Type: (e.g., Frontend Engineer vs. Full Stack)
- Critical Skills: (e.g., React, Node.js, AWS)
- Timezone Overlap: (e.g., Must overlap with EST mornings)
Step 2: Execute Your First Search¶
- Click on Candidates, under Talent to show the entire available candidates list.

Use the AI Suggestion bar at the top for a quick start:
- Input: “Show me senior backend developers in Costa Rica with Python experience.”

Alternatively, use the sidebar filters to manually select:
- Role: Software Engineer
- Stack: Python
- Location: Costa Rica
Step 4: Contact Candidates¶
- Click on a promising profile.
- Review their video presentation (if available) and summary.
- Click Connect to reveal contact details or send a message directly.
- Login or signup into Console.
- Check out the changelog.
- Contact our enterprise support team.
