What does shared team mean?¶
A shared team means that the dedicated professionals on your plan (developers, designer, QA, PM) also work with a limited number of other clients. This model allows us to provide top-tier talent at a fraction of the cost of a full-time, dedicated team. We ensure your project gets the attention it needs by carefully managing workloads and priorities using agile methodologies.
What happens if we need more than 80 hours in a month?¶
If your project requires more capacity, you can upgrade to a higher plan (like from Growth to Scale) to increase the number of developers and overall monthly hours dedicated to your project. We can also discuss options for purchasing additional hour blocks.
Is there a minimum commitment period?¶
Our plans are designed for flexibility. They operate on a month-to-month basis, so there are no long-term commitments required. You can scale your team up, down, or cancel your subscription as your business needs change.
What is the onboarding process like?¶
Once you sign up, we schedule a kickoff meeting to understand your project goals, roadmap, and priorities. We’ll set up your private communication channels, give you access to the project management board, and introduce you to your Project Manager. The team typically starts working on your backlog within the first week.
